V minulom blogu sme si predstavili pomyselné dvere, za ktorými sa skrývajú naše vysnívané hodiny angličtiny. Dnes sa bližšie pozrieme na to, ako sa za tieto dvere dostať.
Bolo by skvelé ak by existoval jeden jasný kľúč, ktorý by nám dvere hneď otvoril. Až také jednoduché to nie je, no osvedčili sa nám tri kroky, ktoré nás za tieto pomyselné dvere vedia dostať:
- nastaviť si jasné a dosiahnuteľné ciele,
- identifikovať prekážky, ktoré nás od nich delia
- a vytvoriť prostredie, v ktorom sa tieto ciele dajú dosiahnuť.
Dnes si priblížime prvý z týchto krokov.
Krok 1: Nastavme si jasné ciele
Nie je to žiadna jadrová fyzika, ani prevratný objav, ale tento prvý krok býva napriek tomu často podceňovaný. Na začiatku školského roka sa necháme strhnúť vírom udalostí, hodín, žiakov a chaosu a nemáme čas ani energiu sa zamýšľať nad našimi cieľmi.
Je však dôležité si čas nájsť, lebo práve táto príprava nám umožní pohnúť sa zmysluplne ďalej. Odporúčame vám skutočne sa posadiť a spísať si svoje ciele na papier. Nestačí mať len hmlistú predstavu v hlave, treba ich vidieť sformulované a zamyslieť sa tiež nad tým, nakoľko sú realistické.
To, že tento blog vydávame počas vianočných sviatkov nie je náhoda. Práve teraz máme čas sa na chvíľu stíšiť, spomaliť a urobiť si toto cvičenie.
Pomocné otázky:
- Čo je môj ultimátny cieľ, ktorý by som tento školský rok (alebo v inom presne stanovenom období) chcel/a dosiahnuť?
- Aké míľniky (menšie ciele) si na ceste k nemu viem vytýčiť?
- Čo z toho viem ovplyvniť ja a nakoľko budú dôležité aj iné – externé faktory?
- Ako dlho mi bude trvať, kým tieto ciele dosiahnem? (načrtnite si časovú os)
- Sú tieto ciele realistické?
Tip: Nastavte si vždy aj menšie ciele, ktoré viete s istotou dosiahnuť. Ak si hneď od začiatku stanovíme len veľké ciele, ktoré sú náročné a bude nám dlho trvať sa k nim dostať, môžeme rýchlo stratiť motiváciu.
Takéto cvičenia si robíme aj s našimi učiteľmi v Class Academy. Práca s cieľmi je totiž dôležitou súčasťou nášho programu, v ktorom sa spoločne snažíme, aby sa počas školského roka postupne cez realistické malé cieľe dostali k tomu ultimátnemu.

Aby si ich žiaci a žiačky zamilovali angličtinu a boli v nej aktívni. A aby naši učitelia mali zdroje, podporu a motiváciu pokračovať vo svojej práci a vytvorili spoločne komunitu, v ktorej si budú pomáhať.
